Please do not use on stovetop; avoid sudden cooling of teapot; DO NOT place hot teapot on cold or wet surface to prevent thermal shock & breakage.

• Due to material used for this item, you may find tiny air bubbles or fine black dots. It’s also handmade which makes it possible with some minor irregularities. These are not classified as defect or quality issue.

• If you wish to receive in-stock items right away, please place orders for in-stock and pre-order products separately. Two shipping fees are applicable in such case.
• An order fulfilment email will be generated when item has been dispatched out.
• Pre-Order may not be fulfilled should there be any breakage in shipment or shortage of product(s) from supplier. Our team will contact you if such situation happens.
